“No person is an island”, is a popular saying that we all know. We are part of complex systems such as our families, business partnerships, teams and communities. Systems are composed of many parts, and are like spider webs: touch one strand and the whole structure moves. These parts are always in an interdependent relationship with the others parts around a common goal or task.

What I offer?

As Relationship Systems Coach, my primary role is to help reveal the system and help to see the strengths, obstacles, potential of the system and then create the ground conditions for the system as individual clients map out a way and find best practical solutions. This in turn helps with self-awareness and confidence building towards the transformational journey of personal and professional growth.

How?

Individuals, couples, and teams often struggle with communication, relationships foundation, re-establishing commitment, teams Toxic Behavior Patterns & marital values for couples, not to mention the day to day life dynamics. As a trained coach, I work with the teams, couples and families and assist them in enhancing their relationship within a non-threatening, non-judgmental and conducive consulting framework based on mutual honesty, respect and transparency. During the coaching sessions, it is important to educate teams about team toxins and the importance of creating a positive work environment, as we endeavour to bring out their optimum potential.

In this model, I do not provide clients with solutions, nor do I solve their problem. Rather I help clients in setting their direction in life in order to realise their potential, to actively change life by design, instead of by default, and chose more positive & healthier course of action resulting in positive growth and accountability of your actions. Building personal awareness is very important. We build on Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence, providing clients an opportunity to acquire more insight into own behaviour, and analyse the dynamics of their behavior so as to come up with solutions.

Time Commitment

Growth and creating change in your life is a process, which is why I require 8 to 12 weeks’ coach commitment. Coaching is 60-minute session online via Teams or Zoom on one-on-one in person if you live in the same areas as I do.

Sometimes we deposit this trash into our minds and sometimes other people deposit it into our heads. You may have h that may have been there most of your life, or the h t that you collected today.
